The Wolf is a perfect hybrid body style that should feel very familiar to fans of offsets, teles and strat guitars. 25 1/2 scale and 39" long. Approx 7 lbs.
USA sourced reclaimed Poplar body. Butterscotch is in a satin finish and has the look of vintage Nitro. Arm and tummy contours. (Note: Some of our Reclaimed wood has some bumps and imperfections that we do not consider defects) Finish is not a "relic" but you will feel the retro vibe.
Includes a set of our Hella Hot bridge Rail and neck P90 pickups. Bridge rail has a mini switch coil split option. Full-on is at approx 10K and coil split to single coil mode cuts to 6K. Use in single coil mode to pair perfectly with the neck P90, and throw into full mode that acts like a boost for leads and aggressive rhythm parts. Neck pickup is warm without being dark and can sing out mellow leads and killer chords as well. 5 total tone options with mini switch + 3-way switch. Pickups are wax potted. Tones are friendly to most all music styles! Easy to dial in classic rock, modern country and blues but can tackle the heavy stuff with ease.
Pro quality guts with brass shaft 300K volume pot and 250k tone, .22 cap for less aggressive (slower) roll-off of highs, and cloth pushback wiring. 3-way switch at upper horn and switchcraft jack. Black directional amp knobs. One volume, one tone. 1/2 cut high-mass Tele bridge with brass compensated saddles. String through body. Custom cut Wolf JM guard. Copper shielding at electronics cavity.
Gloss finish roasted maple neck with medium-jumbo nickel alloy frets and black dot inlays. Killer grain to this neck! Modern C profile, 12" radius. 42mm wide at nut. Black Guyker Professional locking machine heads to keep you in perfect tune.
